Our client is a leading SaaS company, known as industry leaders who created the sector they operate in. The software services and solutions division turns over more than £50m and has 400 members of staff globally. The company as a whole are a £20B businessinvesting heavily in this division within the UK market. Their solutions are invaluable delivering massive ROI, cost savings, productivity improvements within the supply chain helping clients drive significant operational improvements.The opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join an existing, successful, high performing team, tasked with ensuring larger implementations of technology are rolled-out quickly and effectively. This team will expand its involvement in the deliveryof projects globally, creating opportunity for personal career development.The Project Manager is responsible for onboarding and managing the biggest customers and most complex project solutions. You will be the lead communicator with customers for all projects and for delivering excellent service throughout the full project lifecycle. You will be communicating with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to deliver the desired project outcome quickly, efficiently, with minimal disruption and within tolerances. Through the customers this team has enabled customers to implementtheir solutions on time and within budget to enable savings to be made by the fleet as quickly as possible. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Prince 2 qualified Project Manager to take the next step in your career.Key Responsibilities: Project Manager
  • Leading and managing customer projects including implementations, pilots, migrations, adoptions, and restructures
  • Direct management of projects from beginning to end in Prince2 methodology (including project plans i.e. define project scope, goals, tolerances, risks, and deliverables)
  • Effective communication to colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Pro-actively manage changes in project scope, track project milestones, and deliver progress reports, documentation, and presentations
  • Provide ongoing highlight and checkpoint reports throughout project life-cycle including end stage and analysis reports, helping to show benefits, identify and signal potential follow-up opportunities
Experience Required: Project Manager
  • Previous experience managing small - large scale projects from initial requirements gathering to completion for external clients
  • Proven ability to develop and implement detailed project plans to monitor and track progress in order to ensure delivery on-time and in budget.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong prioritisation, problem solving and multi-tasking skills within a fast-paced busy environment
  • Beneficial if you have a Prince2 qualification
