Our client, a market leading manufacturing business, seek to appoint a Project Engineer to their engineering team. As Project Engineer you will profitably engineer, procure and manage mechanical projects from receipt of order through to invoice and completion.This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously and lots of managing multiple stakeholders with traditional project management tools, some basic CAD work, as well as providing general administrative engineering support. Acting as the middle man youwill ensure multiple concurrent projects are completed on time and in full. You will be joining a long-established business with a great atmosphere and team ethic and a fantastic benefits package.Project Engineer - Role and Responsibilities - Engineering / Manufacturing / Site / Project / Installation / Commissioning / Mechanical Engineering / Flow Control / Valve / Pump* Interpreting prospective customer requirements and the estimating of costs to meet those requirements, together with offering any beneficial alternatives. Liaising with Sales to ensure adequate information is available for compiling estimates* Compile detailed BOMs and project relevant documentation (RAMS, weekly reports, test certs, quotations, etc.)*Source, order and expedite material, tools and equipment for contracts ensuring that time-scales and budgets are met* Compile Mechanical designs comprising of component drawings and general arrangements in line with project specificationsProject Engineer - Skills and Abilities - Engineering / Site / Project / Installation / Commissioning / Mechanical Engineering / Flow Control / Valve / Pump* Experience within a project focused role* Previous experience working with mechanical engineering* At least two years experience ensuring products and applications are designed and manufactured to comply with the relevant standards and integrity required by the application of the markets for which they were intended* Basic CAD skills (we dont need a design engineer, its simple CAD work when required)Project Engineer / Engineering /Project / Installation / Commissioning / Mechanical EngineeringIf this role appeals please do apply now!
