Job Description

A curtain and soft furnishings manufacturer working with luxury hotels, the build to rent (BTR) market, student accommodation, and cruise ships are looking to a hire a Project Coordinator£Depending on Experience + Hybrid Working + Flexible Working Hours + Bonus + Generous Pension Contributions + Other Great BenefitsThe CompanyA soft furnishings manufacturer who provides curtains, blinds, other textiles to luxury hotels, the build to rent market, student accommodation, and cruise ships. They’ve had a big boost in business with a lot of projects in the pipeline and are expandingtheir Project team. They have been busy growing and welcome two new team members this month, and they are now recruiting for one additional Project Coordinator to join the team, work closely with a Project Manager, and help coordinate projects taking themall the way from initial brief to installation sign-off.As a business they’re very people-focused and offer a clear progression plan with training opportunities available should you wish to progress to take you from Project Coordinator to Project Leader to Project Manager.   • Supporting the Project Manager, working on client accounts managing projects from initial brief to installation sign-off
  • Calculating costs from specifications, preparing quotes and sourcing alternative fabrics
  • Placing orders for raw materials, finished goods and services - accurate order inputting on inhouse software
  • Liaising with production team ensuring deadlines are met
  • Liaising with contractors and site managers to arrange site surveys and installations, providing all relevant paperwork
  • Ensuring jobs are processed and completed according to install schedules
