An independent property consultancy is looking for a Principal Designer / CDM Consultant to join their team in the Leeds office. Over the past two decades, my client has enjoyed a great deal of success in various areas of property consultancy, focusing predominantly on Health and Safety services.As the Principal Designer, you will be working with the companys dynamic team on a variety of high value construction projects, communication with the design and pre-construction teams with respect to CDM Regulations 2015.Responsibilities will include producing pre-construction packs, preparing Health and Safety Files and carrying out health and safety specific design reviews throughout both design and construction phase of project.The Successful Principal Designer / CDM ConsultantThe successful Principal Designer / CDM Consultant should ideally hold the following:
