Level 1 Teaching Assistant - KS2The number of primary school pupils per classroom has consistently risen year after year, causing an imbalance between staff to-pupil ratios within schools. Its a big task to teach these huge groups of children who are getting bigger and bigger, and itdoesnt help that attention spans are getting smaller and smaller. Thats where a Teaching Assistant can make a difference! As the title suggests, the main responsibility of a TA is to assist the class teacher, and of course, the pupils. However, it doesntstop there. There are other members of staff to consider, and parents too.We are looking for a Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join a school in LS26 to support KS2.
