Following the purchase of Equiniti plc by Siris, the Credit Services, Risk Factor and KYC businesses have been spun out to create a separate entity, currently known as CFA (Credit and Fraud Analytics), though in time will have a new brand identity created.The combined businesses service a range of clients in the UK, Europe and the United States providing lending platforms and analytics capabilities to both commercial and consumer focused businesses across a range of asset classes including invoice discounting,retail finance, unsecured lending, SME funding and mortgages. We pride ourselves on our transparency and approach to partnership.Role Summary As a Paralegal in CFAs Legal team, you will have a diverse and challenging role where you will gain lots of experience and have exposure across the business and up to our executive team. You will support the negotiation to completion of key business contractsfor varied sales opportunities, work independently on a number of business contracts and also provide input to internal projects. This role will report into our Head of Legal. You can be based in any UK location on a flexible basis with time split betweenhome and office working. Working from home will also be considered.
