Job Description

Are you looking for the next step in your career into a management role Can you lead a team to success while running your own deskAn exciting Branch Manager opportunity has arisen within our ever-growing Preston Location!The successful individual will report to their respective line manager and have an exciting opportunity to grow their own branch. You will be expected to manage at least one consultant and potentially add to this based on growth and stability. As part of thisexciting role, you will be given the opportunity to join the management team across one of the highest performing Regions in the Company. You will receive further support through the guidance of Steve Lamb, Regional Manager.The Branch Manager role forms the backbone of our branch network and gives you the opportunity to build and grow your own business while managing a team of like-minded career driven individuals. It is a demanding but rewarding role with many layers requiringyou to drive high performance through being a leader, an expert, a coach, and a mentor. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high performing Region, expecting accelerated growth in the remainder of the academic year and furthermore from September2022. The role will involve working collaboratively with other leaders and managers supporting, driving, and delivering results as a strong management team. Successful applicants should be able to demonstrate:

  • A strong work ethic and ability to lead from the front

  • The ability to plan ahead for business peak weeks and LT campaigns
  • Success as a recruitment consultant especially in the area of recruitment/vetting and compliance
  • Always Improving attitude with the desire to learn and improve current performance/behaviours
