Job Description

Our client is a well established manufacturing company based in Normanton, with an interesting product range, and they are now looking to expand their small team with a proactive, client focused Development Administrator. You must have a strong administrationbackground, and thrive working in a fast paced, reactive environment.Product Development Administrator£28,000-29,000 per annumFull time, permanent position working 8:30-5 Monday to Thursday with a 4pm finish on Friday. Please note this position is hybrid, with two days in the office and three at home, although this may vary. The Role:

  • Reporting into the Product Development department, providing strong administration for the team
  • Responsible for updating product tracker with any actions, and ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Keeping Head Office informed of all new prices / price amendments, and completing all relevant documentation
  • Ensure all product imaging is up to date and accurate
  • Collate any data required, maintaining all spreadsheets and liaising closely with colleagues across all departments
  • Attending photo shoots, ensuring products are represented accurately
  • Ensuring all customs documentation for both imports and exports is accurate and completed in a timely manner
Skills Required:
  • Strong numeracy and data focused skills
  • Managing multiple workloads effectively
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads efficiently, with a focus on attention to detail and problem solving
  • Candidates must be highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel.
