Job Description

Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting forMental Health Nurses/Learning Disability Nursesfor our client , based in Leeds. The role asRegistered Mental Health Nurse is a Full-time role (part timeopportunities available), 37.5 hour per week,offering a salaryup to £37455 per annum.As a Mental Health Nurse,your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Assessing and monitoring the needs of patients
  • Collaboratively planning the care needs of the patient
  • Developing positive behavioral support plans with patients
  • Being an active part of the multi-disciplinary team
  • Administering medications
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a Valid NMC PIN
  • Minium of 6 -month Experiencerequired
  • To be a team player
  • To be self-aware, seeking support and advice when required
  • Good listening and rapport building ability
  • To be able to organize and prioritise your time
