Job Description

Marketing Executive - Leeds - £26k + excellent benefitsOur client is an extremely well established and successful organisation based in Leeds, due to continued growth and expansion they are now growing their team and looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive.Responsibilities Include:

  • Market research: stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies. This involves conducting market research surveys, analysing data, and identifying new target markets and opportunities.
  • You will be responsible for planning and executing effective advertising campaigns that reach the target audience and drive results via email marketing. This includes creating compelling copy, monitoring campaign performance.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong social media presence is crucial in todays digital landscape. You will need to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, interact with customers, and analyse performance metrics to optimize social mediastrategies.
  • Working closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to coordinate marketing efforts and align strategies. This involves effective communication and collaboration to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Regularly measure and analyse marketing campaign performance using key metrics such as return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and website traffic. By tracking and reporting on these metrics, you can identify areas forimprovement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Responsible for managing marketing budgets. This includes allocating resources effectively, tracking expenses, and ensuring that marketing activities stay within budget while maximizing return on investment.
  • You will play a crucial role in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring that messaging and visuals align with the brands values and guidelines.
  • Supporting the sales team to gain new business and work with the regional teams to produce supporting campaigns to convert leads to accounts and retention.
  • Working with the web development team to maintain and build awareness of our online ordering portal.
Qualifications:
  • The ability to think outside the box and come up with unique and innovative marketing ideas and campaigns is essential. Being able to generate fresh and engaging content that captures the attention of the target audience is crucial for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics is important. Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and other relevant technologies will be beneficial in executing effectivemarketing strategies.
  • The marketing landscape is constantly changing, so being able to adapt to new technologies, platforms, and trends is crucial. Being open to learning new skills and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing practices is necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is important. Being organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment will help ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Being able to interpret data, analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is crucial. A strong analytical mind-set allows for continuous improvement and optimization of marketingstrategies.
