Job Description

Are you an ambitious Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive looking for your next challengeDriven by expansion and growth, our client is a market leading and award-winning executive recruitment firm who are looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing Executive to join this exciting and fast-paced industry. This role will support the developmentand execution of the company marketing strategy and with huge growth plans in the pipeline, its a really exciting time to join!This is a varied role within an award-winning and motivating team who are passionate about providing a collaborative and supportive working environment. As Marketing Executive, youll be instrumental in growing and building their brand through the full marketingmix.Based in Leeds, they offer many fantastic benefits such as flexible working, regular social events, company bonus scheme, Bike2Work scheme, volunteer days, private medical insurance, 26 days holiday (excluding 8 bank holidays), to name just a few!Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create impactful and effective campaigns, developing content that is focused and thought-provoking
  • Produce creative content, including videos, blog posts, email campaigns and marketing collateral
  • Manage the firms social media channels, monitor website content and explore new & up-coming social media trends
  • Support in the end-to-end planning and delivery of internal and external webinars, networking events and roundtables
  • Act as brand ambassador, growing brand reputation for both internal and external communications
Required skills and experiences:
  • Track record successfully executing online and offline marketing campaigns within a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of digital marketing such as SEO, CRM, social media and website
  • High attention to detail with excellent copywriting and content skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude with an ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to effectively prioritise with excellent project management skills
