You will concentrate on developing business within the local construction market, will lead from the front and make key decisions whilst providing an excellentrole model to the more junior team members.This will be a hands-on role where you will be expected to sell, attend visits, and create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring. You will be mentored and coached so that the role can eventually develop into a full Divisional Manager role whereyou will have full managerial responsibility.If you currently run a small team or are a senior consultant considering a step into an autonomous management role then this may be the role for you.The role will suit an experienced recruitment professional who is looking for a challenge within an autonomous environment.
