Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a global plc who are looking to grow their busy Finance function. Offering a superb salary, bonus, benefits package and hybrid working after probation.Working closely with Senior Finance Managers, this role offers opportunities to business partner, liaise with the SLT, with development and progression all but guaranteed! Key duties and responsibilities:* Business Partner supporting the critical central operations directors and their teamsand services of central overhead functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Business Admin, Health & Safety, Marcomms and Strategic Growth overhead teams* Understand and be able to clearly explain key variances in spend compared to budgets and forecasts through production of monthly management accounts. To confidently present draft accounts to Senior Managers in the Management Accounts team* Ensure variances between budgets, forecasts and actual results are understood, clearly explained and necessary actions are implemented* Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting* To provide ad hoc information and reports as required* To undertake other duties as appropriatePerson specification:* Numerate and diligent* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Ability to develop successful working relationships with key senior directors* Ability to work well in a team environment and develop relationships with external customers and internal colleagues* Experience in assisting with record keeping and various administrative duties* Excellent organisational skillsIf you feel like you have all the right attributes and want to hear more, please get in touch with Mike McVeigh.
