Job Title: Legionella / Water Treatment Operations Manager. Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire. Salary / Benefits £40k - 60K + BenefitsMulti-discipline Environmental Consultancy is now seeking to recruit a business focused Legionella / Water Treatment Operations Manager. You will have a background working as an Operations Manager, ideally within a Water Treatment / Legionella company. Youwill have a strong background in managing a water treatment / legionella department and able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing large teams; providing them with ongoing training and support. Experience managing contracts, particularly withinthe healthcare sector is essential for the role. Applicants must have up to date technical knowledge of HSG / ACoP L8 / HTM 04-01 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications: " Relevant experience working for a Water treatment / Legionella company within an Operations Manager role (or similar position)." Will have up to date knowledge of relevant HSG / ACoP L8 / HTM 04-01 guidelines." Able to demonstrate excellent management / leadership skills. " Proficient IT skills. " Will always be professional and polite. " Able to adapt and work well under pressure." Will have experience in managing contracts and internal departments. " Able to organise workload in line with operational needs. The Role:" Overseeing and managing a varied portfolio of sites. " Managing and scheduling various site staff. " Acting as first point of call for clients, offering excellent technical advice, and dealing with any queries efficiently." Ensuring to maintain excellent, professional relationships. " Reviewing contracts continuously, ensuring work is to be completed in line with agreed timeframes." Carrying out training with staff where required. " Working alongside sales / account managers, preparing quotations and tenders, ensuring to proof reading, and submit to clients. " Proofreading and approving invoices upon completion of work and sending to clients." Overseeing company processes and working alongside internal management, streamlining processes where necessary. " Liaising with clients in order to improve company services." Quality checking reports / risk assessments, ensuring work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines. " Maintaining the companys high standard of work. " Managing own schedule in line with operational requirements.
