Job Description

This is an opportunity to join our IS team, working to support the take-on of the firms new joiners and ensuringthose choosing to leave do so with a good experience. We use innovative and modern digital services, integrations, and solutions that create value for the business, its people, and clients.Were happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares, well support you to balance your work and life.A look into the roleAs an Laptop Administrator, you will have and develop:

  • Experience to complete the administration and processes to support the take-on of the firms joiners
  • Ability to work with logistic partners to ensure IS equipment is delivered or returned in line with required timeframes
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that delivers solutions to its customers in a timely manner
  • Capability of working proactively and carrying out day-to-day role with limited supervision
Knowing youre right for usJoining us as an Laptop Administrator the minimum criteria youll need is IT Literacy. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but dont worry if you dont tick every box, well help you develop along the way.
  • Experience of supporting a fast-paced organisation utilising leading technology and digital applications.
  • Excellent customer service through clear professional communications
  • Experience of maintaining call diary updates for all processes completed
  • Experience of managing customer expectations for SLAs
  • Knowledge of working within an ITIL framework and understanding of ITSM policy and procedures.
  • Enthusiastic to promote IT policies and procedures to the business ensuring they are always adhered to
  • Experience liaising with third party suppliers and logistic companies to ensure all requirements are completed within agreed timeframes
  • Experience in the allocation and management of IT equipment and asset management.
