Job Description

Labour ManagerLeeds£24,000 - £25,000Excellent Package and BenefitsExcellent promotional prospectsThe role involves:

  • Calling candidates and handling queries and enquiries.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to determine suitability.
  • Offering solutions to problems.
  • Matching candidates to vacancies.
  • Handling customer calls.
  • Account management.
  • Identifying sales leads from references and customers.
  • Adding new candidates to the database, admin and assistance with collecting timesheets.
  • Delivering excellent levels of customer service to both clients and candidates.
The client is an established, well-known construction recruitment agency with a fabulous local reputation. They are looking for a labour manager who can manage all the elements of the role whilst building rapport with clients and candidates. This is a fast-pacedrole where you will have to ensure you complete tasks on time. You will need to be an excellent communicator who can speak to people at all levels.
