Job Description

Java Developer - Leeds - Hybrid remote (£65k - £75k)This is an excellent opportunity for any experienced Java Developer Engineer who is interested in leading and mentoringother developers, working through the full SDLC, and craves variety on the projects they work on.With one day a week in either Leeds or London, this position is paying between £65k and £75k p.a. and offers a slew of benefits including:

They have grown to an incredible 3500 employees and have offices in the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Vietnam, and the UK (London and Leeds).THE ROLE:You will be working through the full software development life cycle of client projects from design through to delivery, which will include:
  • Solution analysis and design
  • Workflow planning
  • Hands-on coding (back-end, front-end and integration)
  • Leading, mentoring and supporting the development team.
Since they work across a range of cutting-edge technologies with no two projects being the same, you can be assured of great variety, vast industry and technical exposure, and involvement with the full SDLC. REQUIREMENTS:
  • A minimum of 4 years software development experience
  • A curiosity to explore new technologies
  • Ideally a full-stack or back-end technical background with experience with Java
  • An understanding of agile tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to mentor and lead other developers - essential
  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
