IT Systems Trainer - CMMS | CAFM | Software implementation | Training | Consultancy£30-35KRemote but also frequent travel -NorthAn IT Systems Trainer / Training Consultant is required to join a well-established Software Management company.You will be joining the Training & Consultancy Department where you will be delivering training on the companys bespoke product suite to small and large enterprises based in and around the North of the UK.Travel will be required in this role, predominantly within the UK, with overnight stays. Occasional overseas travel may also be required.What you will be doing:* delivering classroom, onsite and online training courses, acting as facilitator, moderator or internal trainer* assisting in maintaining training manuals, producing certificates and managing follow-ups* to evaluate the effectiveness of training through a variety of methodologies* aid in gathering requirements from customers for future product enhancements* providing guidance on installation, setup and operation of the products on a consultancy basis where required* assist the support department in providing telephone and online support for all its productsWhat we need from you:* Previous experience within a technology training role* Ideally a high-level engineering background with relevant experience in having been part of a team or leading a team to a successful implementation of a CMMS/CAFM systems* Strong communication skills, and ability to interact with customers with accuracy and professionalism* High self-motivation, eagerness to learn, good time and work management* Proficient PC skills required including competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Microsoft operating systems* The ability to discuss IT technical issues with regards to the installation and operation of the software applications* A clean UK diving licenceDesirable* Experience of developing training courses and producing relevant supporting documentation. (Desirable)* A high-level engineering background with relevant experience in having used a CMMS/CAFM System.
