Squire Patton Boggs have an exciting opportunity for an IT Administration and Procurement Coordinator to join their team based in Leeds.Location: LeedsSalary: CompetitiveJob Type: 28 hours per week, working from home (working pattern to be discussed)Are you looking for a new challenge Our thriving Leeds office is looking for an IT Administration and Procurement Coordinator. Working as part of the Programme Management Team, this role provides administrative support to the global Technology Team for IT projects and budgeting.The role is also responsible for coordinating procurement, training and travel activity, managing invoices and finance reconciliation process primarily for the UK LLP. This is predominantly a home working role with occasional opportunities for travel as needed.IT Administration and Procurement Coordinator - Our Team:The Programme Management team is based in Leeds, Cleveland, Ohio and Washington D.C. The team is responsible for the IT projects portfolio, IT Administration, Quality assurance and Asset management. In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Programme Management.You will be required to have a good working relationship with all areas of the Technology department and with the Finance team on IT contract and invoice administration.IT Administration and Procurement Coordinator - Our Opportunity:In this role you will be responsible for the IT budget preparation for the UK and Australia, reviewing previous year spend and working closely with the CIO, IT Director, Technology Administration and Communications Coordinator and Management Team to prepare forecast and budget figures for the new financial year.Operationally you will provide monthly budget reporting updates to the management team. For any external training requirements identified, you will source and book an appropriate provider.You will manage the procurement process for the Technology team (UK LLP), from reviewing business cases through to producing quotes and submitting purchase orders. You will be responsible for contract invoice administration and work closely with the Technology and Finance team on all invoicing and budgetary needs.You will also be responsible for organising travel arrangements for the Technology team, including hotels, rail travel and flights, as well as processing travel expenses.IT Administration and Procurement Coordinator – You:You will have experience working on the preparation and monitoring of budgets and must have knowledge of the procurement process. Knowledge of utilising QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2017 or a similar system would be advantageous but not essential. You will have experience of reporting on budget information and a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Microsoft Excel.You will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
