Barchester Healthcare is one of the UK’s largest care home providers, with over 240 nursing homes and hospitals across the country. Our project team are rolling out a new rostering system, tailored to each home’s requirements.This is an exciting update for the business, allowing our managers to easily manage their rotas, bank shifts, staff timekeeping and attendance, and holiday allocation. Due to the launch of the project, our team is expanding to include a number of ImplementationLeads who will provide on-site support to our managers, listen to their requirements, build the package to reflect their needs, and provide training and an aftercare service.The role will be supporting homes and hospitals across the North of England and Scotland.
