Located in Leeds city centre and Clerkenwell, London, the agency has a broad client base which includes Dixons Carphone, Sky Betting & Gaming, Jet2 Holidays, Asda, Co-op, Google and Legal & General, to name a few….Due to continued business expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious HR Manager to join our growing team.Responsible for the whole HR function, and reporting into the Joint Managing Directors, you will play a vital role in developing and promoting best practice in key areas such as recruitment, HR policy/procedure, payroll management, on-boarding, people development, reward, retention, employee welfare, internal communications, performance management, cultural change, OD, talent management and succession planning. Working at Senior Management Team level, you will be accountable for providing proactive and value add’ advice, coaching and training and development support to managers and staff across the main business divisions. You will be responsible for the management of all HR data, HR and training-related spend, the production of regular HR metrics and management information for discussion at Board level and on-going operational and strategic HR planning.You will be a CIPD-qualified generalist with strong influencing, coaching/mentoring/training and change management skills gained in a fast moving and customer-focussed environment.
