As HR Manager you will lead and develop a team of HR Advisers in providing high quality advice and a range of employee relations (ER) support to managers across the organisation. They operate a flexible culture, high trust, high performance, hybrid working model.DescriptionI am looking for a proactive, forward thinking, strategic HR Manager (CIPD level 7 or equivalent experience) who is eager to lead, coach, motivate and develop a team of HR Advisers to deliver solution focused employee relations advice and guidance to managerswithin a fast-paced and stimulating environment.You will be responsible for a small team of HR Advisors and work alongside a team of HRBPs and the wider HR team. Taking a One HR approach, together they strive for continuous review and improvement to ensure they deliver a quality HR service. You will workwith the HR Business Partners to support senior leaders and managers to deliver the HR aspects of organisational change and take the HR lead on some of the HR and University wide strategic projects.You will be responsible for working closely with Trade Union representatives to establish a framework that promotes constructive dialogue in shaping a positive climate of ER.You will contribute as a member of the wider HR Leadership Team, working collaboratively and flexibly with colleagues across HR.
