Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to support the technology team. The role of HR Business Partner is to partner with the business leaders and managers to drive HR and Group initiatives, which support the achievement of businessgoals and objectives.A key part of the HRBPs role is the cultivation of a culture, which enables leaders to create the right environment where people thrive and feel included, valued and respectedThe successful HR Business Partner will work within a fast paced and effective HR team environment and will take responsibility for:* Consulting with senior stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of operations and people related HR issues* Working with business area leaders to deliver people related initiatives and change programmes, drawing on the expertise and support of wider HR team where required* Supporting leaders and managers with complex employee relations cases, including restructuring, redundancies, TUPE, disciplinaries and grievances, mitigating risk to the business* Coaching and empowering leaders and managers to perform their people-related responsibilities more effectivelyElevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:* CIPD Qualified* Business Partnered an IT/Technology* At least 2 years experience in a generalist HR Business Partner * Experience of delivering people related change projects/initiatives* A track record of delivering results* Generalist HR background with experience of complex caseworkThis role offers hybrid working with 1 to 2 days a week in the office.Elevation HR is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment focusing on Human Resource positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
