My client is a Top 100 law firm based in Leeds, and they have an opportunity for a Health and Safety Regulatory Lawyer who wants to join a growing and successful team that specialises in a range of complex and high profile Health, Safety and Environmentalmatters.Applications from those that are newly qualified or looking to diversify into Non-Financial Services Regulation are welcome as full training and support will be provided.If you’re not looking for a 5 days a week city centre based role then don’t worry; they’ve hybrid AND flexible working, so you can make work and life work together for you.The successful Health & Safety Lawyer will become a trusted advisor and build lasting relationships with their clients. This is a varied and dynamic role which will enable you to be involved in:Some of the UK’s largest and most complex health and safety investigations;Environmental compliance and enforcement matters including pollution, waste and permitting matters;Major workplace safety incidents including fatalities and life-changing injuries;Complex regulatory matters in the areas of healthcare, medical devices, food and transport regulation;Corporate transactions and support clients to comply with their regulatory obligations.What’s needed:Preferably you’ll have experience of working on high calibre health, safety and environmental mattersIdeally you will have worked in private practice or in-houseYou will be driven to evolve as a lawyer and develop your skillsAmong the benefits the firm offers are: Flexible workingAnnual Leave – minimum of 25 days per year, increasing to 31 days with length of service.
