This is an exciting and high profile role with a focus on building relationships with strategic internal customers, specifically the Consumer Lending Director and their teams,acting as their business partner. Youll monitor a wide range of activities ensuring a focus on customer outcomes and compliance with regulatory requirements by collaborating closely with all internal risk management functions and local management, while supportingthe development and implementation of the organisations policies. As a Head of function you’ll support Consumer Lending CCOR Director in providing oversight across multi facets across the business including major change initiatives, embedding of RCSA andengagement with Regulators.Conduct, Compliance and Operational Risk (CCOR) provides independent assurance to the Board and GEC, that the control framework is effective, and that the Group takes reasonable steps to follow its regulatory obligations.What you’ll be doing:
