Our client operates in the rapidly growing UK Private Rental Sector and has a business model that is focused on acquiring good quality regional asset managers, building these businesses via acquisition and then broadening the range of services to Private and Institutional Landlords based on the US Multi-family model.Job Overview Reporting to the COO, this role is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all marketing and brand strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities.Job PurposeTo raise the profile of each of the Group brands and to support their local business development and to raise the profile of the Group Acquisition team, providing support as necessary.Develop and manage an effective marketing strategy around core business processes in each region, adopting a business partnering approachMaximise sales and lettings market appraisalsImpact and improve the conversion of market appraisalsIncrease the number and level of tenant applicantsSupport and improve the retention of existing landlordsIncrease and maximise the purchase of ancillary services including new products and maintenancee-Commerce strategy Responsible for the development and management of Group strategyDevelop websites including functionalityDevelop and manage portal strategy (Rightmove, Boomin etc)Social media platform development, increasing presence within each of the regions and across the GroupMarketing materials Develop and manage the provision of quality marketing materials to support core business processesIdentify and develop regional USPs and regional company brochures identifying key differencesSupport recruitment with the provision of marketing materials for potential applicantsIdentify and provide online advertisements for market appraisalsProvide marketing material to maximise conversion rates, retention levels and uptake of ancillary products and services along with data to support evaluationCorporate Presence Development of a corporate Group image in the marketDevelop knowledge of brand and provide new, fresh, innovative, customer focused, value-added material to supportAlign corporate Group image to regions/brands, agreeing look and feel and ensuring consistency of quality and approachManage PR programme to encourage agents to join or sell their business to the Group whilst also ensuring that this does not conflict with brand promotions for landlords and clients.Acquisition support Management of communications to maximise retention within acquisitions processWork with Acquisitions Team to ensure landlords are effectively and appropriately communicated to and withInternal Communications Develop and manage an internal communications programme, working alongside the Head of HRDevelop and operate a business partnering approach to all brands, regions and teams and provide marketing supportKnowledge, Skills and Experience RequiredEssentialDesiredMCIM qualifiedExperience of marketing property organisation Driving licenceExcellent ecommerce/digital experience and skillsExperience of working in a matrix organisationExperience of marketing a professional services organisationExperience as Head of Marketing or similar Required skills
