Job Description

Managing a large team through two direct reports, the Head of HR Operations will lead the organisations transactional HR Service Centre.Client DetailsA leading NHS organisation in West Yorkshire.DescriptionThe Head of HR Operations role is great for someone who is passionate about service delivery. Leading a large team, you will ensure that the organisation receives a great HR transactional and Recruitment service.Key responsibilities include:

  • Line manage the Recruitment and HR Services teams, ensuring seamless co-ordination of processes across those teams and with other departments.
  • Develop and implement systems, policies and procedures to ensure the organisation is able to recruit, retain and deploy the right numbers of staff with the appropriate values and skills to support the delivery of high quality care to patients
Lead on:
  • Recruitment Services with an inclusive / values-based approach.
  • HR administration including the development and maintenance of core transactional HR processes, including temporary staffing.
  • Terms and conditions application and implementation.
  • HR governance processes including policies and procedures.
  • Job Evaluation administration process.
  • Workforce planning/information
ProfileThe Head of HR Operations will be/have:
  • CIPD qualification or Masters Degree or equivalent
  • Extensive experience of managing HR Services in a large complex organisation
  • Proven background of people management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ideally experience of leading and managing recruitment services
