Job Description

Our Client, a leading supplier to the health sector, is experiencing strong and continued growth and a result, is looking to recruit a Head of Compliance for its Leeds office. With strategic growth planned over the next few years, this is a key recruit for the business. This role will have responsibility for managing the whole compliance function across the business, with responsibility for auditing, training, assessing and implementing business processes. The right candidate will have strong experience gained within a senior Compliance role, ideally within a health related organisation.What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience within Compliance - ideally 3 years plus gained within the health sector or within a service driven organisation
  • An understanding of frameworks relating to compliance, audits and associated Terms & Conditions
  • Experience with developing and delivering Training within Compliance and other business areas
  • Experience of undertaking regular Audits to assess, maintain and improve on all standards
  • Strong finance and numerical skills, able to interrogate and analyse data to assess findings and demonstrate impact
  • You will enjoy and embrace change and focus on positive communication of change throughout the business
  • A positive and superb influencer with outstanding communication skills
  • What you will be involved with:
  • All contracts within the business - reviewing processes on an ongoing basis, embedding new processes and systems
  • PSL Management, organising all compliance and Master Contract documentation
  • Maintaining knowledge of the onboarding Portal and CRM
  • Focus on developing and delivering training within varying areas
  • Undertaking monthly audits and quarterly company Audits and presenting to Directors
  • Training - involved with L&D Training, policy and procedure training and day to day training and support across the business
  • Frameworks - Maintain compliance and training across frameworks
  • Wider department communication - involved with varying stakeholders across the business
