The Company:Our client is a well-established and fast-growing manufacturer and retailer on the European MarketMain duties:To be responsible for the management of existing and the development of new accounts in Germany and manage all e-Commerce platforms to meet with highest standard of Customer Service expectations.The Role:- To do market research activities - To develop relationship with new clients in order to implement sales growth- To maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients on the German and Central European Market- To develop potential business opportunities from generated leads- To follow up quotations in the view to gain new business - To pioneer new distribution to retail and trade sales channels- To create pricing models and promote sales plans- To ensure excellent customer service - To work on sales targets, individually and as part of the Sales team- To attend exhibitions and trade shows, visit clients on the German and Central European MarketThe Candidate:- Fluent in German (written and spoken) to mother tongue standard- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential- Other European language would be a bonus (Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Czech, Slovakian, Polish, Hungarian, and Slovenian)- Degree educated (preferable business, management or marketing)- Experience in B2B Sales (preferable manufacturing or automotive sector)- Experienced in e-Commerce and online business management- Excellent communication skills- Target-driven and sales motivated- Proactive, positive and reliable- IT literate (MS Office) ***Also suitable for Entry / Graduate Level with some experiences in B2B - Full training will be provided on the product’s portfolio****** Excellent career opportunities within the company ***The Salary: up to £55,000 p.a. + Bonuses + BenefitsFrench Selection UK - The leading consultancy specialising in the recruitment of French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian speaking professionals and executives throughout the United Kingdom.
