Fin Search are recruiting a Financial Reporting Manager on a permanent basis for a privately owned tech business based in Leeds.As Financial Reporting Manager, this role will be reporting in to a high calibre ACA qual, working as part of the financial reporting team responsible for ensuring all financial statutory and non statutory deadlines are adhered to.Duties will include, however are not limited to, creation and presentation of financial information for the annual report, quarterly report preparation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of the monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflows, preparing andsummarising complex audit areas, building relationships with external auditors, working collaboratively with other departments to include tax, legal and commercial finance whilst constantly identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes andsystems.This is an excellent opportunity for a top 4 trained professional with an audit background looking for a interesting and varied first or second step in to industry.The business is operating a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week.The successful candidate will:
