Financial AdvisorLeedsSalary up to £60,000 DOEAre you an experienced Financial Advisor looking for your next step in your careerAre you looking to join a vibrant office with an early finish on a FridayInterested in hearing about an uncapped earning potential…….My client is looking for an experience Financial Advisor to join their team, you will ensure clients are provided with the best financial advice journey with the aim of building long lasting relationships with their trusted Advisor throughout their lives,whilst contributing to the growth and profitability of the team.Duties of Senior Financial Advisor:• Keep up-to-date with new product, technical or legislative changes within the marketplace.• Comply at all times with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures of the firm.• Comply at all times with the requirements of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and the FCA Principles, Rules and the Code of Practice for Approved Persons.• Identify and contact potential clients. Gather sufficient client information and identify client needs.• Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations.• Complete all supporting documentation in an accurate manner.• Attain and maintain competent status as defined by FCA and the firm.• Maintain performance standards in accordance with those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators section of the Training and Competence procedures.• Via self-assessment and feedback, identify Continuing Professional Development (CPD) needs to maintain and enhance Competent status and undertake appropriate activity to meet those needs.• Mentoring and training of Adviser Team to help build skills and knowledge.Essential:• Must have a qualification• Demonstrates substantial experience providing financial advice and achieving/exceeding relevant KPIs• Detailed knowledge of FCA and the firm’s record keeping requirements• Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills• The capability to explain complex information simply and clearly• The ability to establish relationships with clients• Excellent research and analytic skillsBenefits:• Holidays 25 days plus Bank Holiday• Quarterly Bonus Scheme• 4pm Finish on a Friday• 5% Employer pension contribution• Annual performance related Company bonus and salary review• Discounted annual rail season ticket• Regular social events throughout the year• Opportunities for continuous professional developmentIf you have the required skills and background to be successful within this role then please contact me or hit apply!
