Exciting Service Engineer position on offer with a rapidly growing and innovative company that will provide training on their specialist equipment and the chance to boost your earnings with plenty of overtime and call-out rota. Do you have experience working with diesel generators in a servicing, maintenance or installation capacity Do you have any Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualification This company design and supply specialist generator systems. They are a relatively new company, but even so have seen a rapid surge in demand for their products, and now have multiple operations at various points across the UK. As part of this expansion, they have a need for a new Field-based Engineer to help support their existing customers and install new equipment. In this role you will service, repair and fault-find generators at various across the North of England. This will involve work from simple oil and coolant checks to diagnostics and part replacement. Another key part of the role will be carrying out equipment installations on-site. A vehicle and tools will be provided for you, and there is an on-call rota for emergencies such as customer breakdowns. The ideal candidate will have experience working on diesel generators, strong customer-facing skills and an 18th Edition or similar Wiring qualification.
