A global Management Consulting, Audit and Tax Firm are growing in Leeds. Founded over 50 years ago, they provides services to clients across a range of areas, including Digital, M&A, Human Capital and Operations.The role sits in the Transactions Advisory team which includes restructuring and corporate finance, among other areas, and is one of the businesses core service offerings. The team works nationally and has bases in pretty much every major city in the UK.They essentially work across a range of clients, advising them on both sell side and buy side mergers, acquisitions, carve outs and divestments.This team specialises in financial due diligence, advising clients on business acquisitions and investments. Deal values are typically in the £5m to £100m range. Combining Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, the FDD role involves executing both buyside and sell side FDD engagements - working with clients from a broad range of industries including Private Equity, Entrepreneurs, Large Private Sector and Public Sector organisations.Transactions in the UK is around 400 people with then 20 in Leeds and provides excellent development and exposure across the market, along with the opportunity to be at the forefront of some of the most complex and challenging engagements in the market.
