Job Description

Quest Search and Selection are partnering with a very successful Commercial Property & Asset Management company, with a portfolio spanning the UK and Europe. The properties have set operational budgets and contractors in place who deliver the services totenants.This role is to look after the Garden and Grounds of 5 of their sites in the Leeds area, throughout the year.Key responsibilities for this Experienced Gardener & Grounds Maintenance position:

  • Comprehensive expertise in every facet of landscaping, coupled with the capability to effectively implement these skills on location.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong dedication to ensuring top-notch quality.
  • Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers in accordance with detailed plan specifications.
  • Thoroughly clear and dispose of debris from the designated work areas.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Acquire the skills to conduct thorough site surveys and grasp the significance of maintaining precise levels.
  • Attain an exceptional level of finish while demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
  • Prioritise a customer-centric approach in all your actions and decisions.
Requirements for this Experienced Gardener & Grounds Maintenance -
  • Should have Ideally 3 years +in a Gardening & Grounds Maintainance role
  • experience with lawn maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers and trimmers and a wide range of power tools and machinery.
  • Primarily based in Leeds, and ability to travel to and from project locations in and around the Leeds area.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital, especially considering the tenant-facing nature of the role.
  • You must be able to drive and have access to a car
Benefits that come along with this Experienced Gardener & Grounds Maintenance -
  • Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00(Monday to Friday) but you will need to be flexible on weekends when required.
  • Holiday entitlement: 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Annual discretionary bonus.
