Job Description

The Company:Quest Search and Selection are partnering with a very successful Commercial Property & Asset Management company, with a portfolio spanning the UK and Europe.The role:This role as an Establish Gardener will work under the Head Gardener, and will be involved in maintaining the grounds within 5 main commercial properties within the Leeds area.Key responsibilities for this Establish Gardener role:

  • Comprehensive expertise in landscaping, coupled with the capability to implement these skills practically
  • Maintaining gardens and grounds in multi sites and planning your time accordingly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong dedication to ensuring top-notch quality.
  • Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers in accordance with detailed plan specifications.
  • Thoroughly clear and dispose of debris from the designated work areas.
  • Is experienced in utilising tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers etc
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Attain an exceptional level of finish while demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
Requirements for this Establish Gardener role:
  • Should have Ideally 3 years + experience within a gardener, ground maintenance or landscaping experience
  • Must be familiar with lawn maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers and trimmers and a wide range of power tools and machinery.
  • Primarily based in Leeds, and ability to travel to and from project locations in and around the Leeds area and further afield when needed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital, especially as this our commercial premises.
