Job Description

The OpportunityThe formation of a new division with this established Electrical contractor has created a new opportunity for a Small Works Manager. The position will be reporting to the Director, liaising with Clients and Contract Engineers.The PositionThe role will involve the following;

  • Site Visits & Inspections
  • Prepare Quotations up to £50k
  • Preparation of Job Sheets
  • Prepare List of Material for Buying Team
  • Liaison with Clients during works
  • Liaison with on Site Electricians during the works
  • Final Inspection of works
  • Preparation of all draft NICEIC Certificates
  • Draft Invoices
  • O&M Manuals
  • Contact Client to discuss / agree remedial works
  • Obtain Materials for works
  • Plan the works, materials & access equipment
  • Final inspection & sign off the works
  • Update & Review ISO-9001-2015
  • Preparation for Yearly ISO Audit
Essential Candidate Criteria
  • Relevant electrical Contracting experience
  • Professional & Courteous at all times
  • Be able to work under pressure

  • Forward thinking & positive attitude
  • Good Organisational Skills & Communication Skills
