A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Dividends Administrator to join our Dividends team at our Leeds Head Office on a 6-month FTC. If these values and behaviours resonate with you and you would like the opportunity to work for an award-winning firm, then we would love to hear from you.About the TeamWorking as part of the Dividends team you will report to the Dividends manager providing administration and client service support across the firm, ensuring it functions effectively and efficiently.What you will be doing You will be responsible for; the processing of stock and cash distribution into client accounts, producing and distributing regular reports to clients in accordance with company standards, carrying out regular Ad Hoc reconciliations, updating internal records and maintaining a TCF’ culture with all clients contact. You will maintain a good knowledge of all systems utilised by Dividends and carry out regular ad hoc reconciliations as required by regulatory standards and departmental management. You will ensure compliance with FCA requirements and report any risks that may be of detriment to our clients or our firm.What you will bring to the TeamYou will be a strong administrator, with a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages including excel. You should be good with managing workloads and prioritising tasks under pressure.Experience of working in financial services or in a regulated environment is desired.Academic qualification requirements are 3 A Levels at grade A-C and 5.GCSEs including Maths and English at grades A-C or equivalent.
