We are looking for an individual with great attention to detail and excellent MS Word and Excel skills to join this growing company in the role of Data Administrator. As part of the Technical department of this chemicals business, as a Data Administrator, you will join a friendly team who provide the companies customers with technical advice, support and data in relation to the products they supply. There are real career opportunities for you to develop and progress within this friendly, growing business.Employment Details* Contract: Full-time / Permanent* Hours - Monday to Friday / 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)* Location - Kirkstall, Leeds * Starting salary - £17,000-£8,000 per annum (dependent on experience)* Additional benefitsThe role of Data Administrator involves:* Creating and updating chemical product specifications, Material Safety Data Sheets and COSHH statements* Creating, updating, checking and circulating of Certificates of Analysis to customers* Liaising with suppliers in order to obtain data and help respond to customer data queries* Provide support to the other members of the technical team and the wider business, as appropriate and requiredKey Skills* Previous administration experience would be ideal but not essential* Knowledge of chemicals or working in a role with high compliance would also be useful* Must be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail* I.T. skills, including good knowledge of using Microsoft Word and Excel* Must be self-motivated as well as able to work as part of a team* Ability to work on your own initiative and have the desire to make recommendations for improvements.* Well organised and not afraid of administrative tasks.Please apply with an up to date, well presented CV.Key Appointments UK Ltd will assess your suitability for the role based on the information contained in your CV and application.
