Job Description

Armafix are recruiting a Customer Service Team Leader to take responsibility for ensuring all customer enquiries and orders are handled quickly and professionally in line with the Armafix Experience. This fast-paced job will put you at the hub of a verybusy customer service team and will require you to be able to make very quick decisions and always have high concentration levels.The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have prioritisation skills and very familiar with IT programs. We are more interested in experience and ability rather than qualifications. Experience within the construction section is desired, but not essential.Our mission as a company is to support customers in achieving their goals and ensuring accurate order entry and delivering impeccable customer service will be your main priorities. We have exceptionally high customer service levels, and you will be responsibleto continue this track record. The job will include:

  • Leading and inspiring the customer service team to deliver best quality customer service
  • Order entry to an agreed accuracy level
  • Handling incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints efficiently leaving all customers satisfied
  • Supporting the sales team with quotes and other admin duties
You will need to be an adaptable person, ready to change quickly in response to the demands of the moment. You will need to be self-motivated and use your initiative in a very fast-paced environment. You will be required to work in a neat and orderly way, and be reliable, honest, and completely responsible for your actions. But most of all you will need to be a team player, onewho can work together well with different personalities in a creative, innovative, and productive manner.The ideal candidate will have:
  • Good computer and IT skills, proficient in Microsoft excel/Google sheets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Able to work well under pressure, to tight and often conflicting time-frames
  • A good eye for detail
