Job Description

Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly successful company which operates through a network of over 130 franchises. Due to their continued growth and success, they are looking to recruit two to three Customer Service Advisorson a full-time basis.You will be working within a lively customer service team where the role consists of assisting customers via phone, email and social media channels, offering solutions to resolve the customers concerns.This is an exciting opportunity to join the company during a time of growth. It would ideally suit someone who has previous experience in customer service, preferably from an office or contact centre environment although this is not essential.Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with customers via phone, email and social media channels
  • Investigate, create and deliver innovative and forward thinking solutions to customer concerns
  • General administration and organisation of systems and tools used by Customer Care and wider colleagues/ network
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Answering inbound and making outbound calls to customers who have raised a concern, require a repair or further support.
  • Supporting customers who prefer to transact via email or social media, responding to requests as required by the customer.
The ideal person will have:
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good computer skills (MS platforms, softphone, email)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills
