Are you looking for a position that will develop your customer service and administration skillsWe are looking for a well organised individual with good IT skills to join a small friendly team as a Customer Service Administrator. Based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre (LS9), this independent business helps landlords, letting agents and property developersfurnish homes. They offer a complete range of furniture and appliance solutions from single replacement items to complete bespoke packages.Your role as a Customer Service Administrator will be a varied office-based role and you will liaise with customers, manage enquiries, process sales orders, coordinate deliveries and update content on the website.This role comes with the opportunity to progress and develop and is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to establish their career in an administration focused role.CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR:* Starting salary circa £20,000 per annum* Full-time hours - Monday to FridaySPECIFIC DUTIES:* Use good verbal and written communication skills when dealing with customers by telephone, email and in person.* Plan and prioritise deliveries using NCompass (IT system), whilst communicating with customers, agents, tenants, and staff members.* Be familiar with products and information and update website content as and when required.* Have a good knowledge of stock availability to facilitate fulfilling orders.* Maintain good knowledge of products.* Interact with customers in the showroom to discuss products and orders.* Meet customers on site as and when required.* Assist with preparation of quotes and following up on converting quotes to orders.* Provide general office support on an ad hoc basisSKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:* Experience of working in a sales / customer service environment is preferred* Good standard of general education - GCSEs* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Customer focused* Good IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook* Able to work with attention to detail and well organised* Team worker* Flexible to adapt to changing workload* Friendly and outgoing mannerTo apply, please send an up to date, well presented CV.Key Appointments UK Ltd will assess your suitability for the role based on the information contained in your CV and application.
