Its’ Education department works with professional artists to deliver opera related participative arts and family performance activity by, with and forpeople of all ages across the north of England each year; the Adult and ‘Placemaking’ activity aims to support health and wellbeing, community cohesion and a lifelong connection with the arts across the generations through increased engagement with an NPO.An opportunity has arisen within the Education department for a Creative Placemaking Assistant to liaise with our box office and community groups, ‘meet and greet’ partners at performances and support adult and community activity where required. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with people at all levels, and from all backgrounds, and be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills with a strong attention to detail.
