Job Description

Our client, a reputable charity, are looking to recruit an experienced and organised Administrator to join them on a temporary, ongoing basis. Working remotely, the successful candidate will have a solid Administrative background. This role is to start immediately available and is a great opportunity for you, You will support a busy team Project Managers, supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks. To be considered for this position, you will have the following skills:

  • A positive and focused attitude to work with a "right first time" approach
  • Highly organised to manage a busy workload daily
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with your customers
  • Able to prioritise and work effectively within a team
You will enjoy a busy and varied day with your duties and responsibilities including the following:
  • Supporting the Project Managers
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Maintain overview of activities for the team
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings on behalf of the project/programme managers. T
  • Maintain electronic and manual filing systems to help colleagues work effectively and efficiently. T
  • Dealing with invoices and providing administrative support as required.
