Are you an experienced corporate paralegal looking to work with a first class Partner with a strong reputation for developing paralegals into trainees Then this first class opportunity could be the role for you.A well established Leeds based team is looking to recruit a corporate paralegal to work on a range of deals for local, national and international clients. You will be supporting solicitors with their caseload but also have the opportunity to work on yourown matters including transactional corporate matters, company restructuring, shareholders agreements and general corporate support matters.It is essential that you have upwards of 1 year corporate paralegal experience and that you have a genuine interest to specialise in the field. This team is looking for someone who not only has the corporate technical knowledge but is enthusiast, ambitiousand keen to develop their career in corporate law which is high on the agenda at this firm.
