Our client specialises in retail, commercial and leisure projects across the UK and have a large allocation of work staggered throughout 2024. Therefore, they are looking to appoint a Senior Contracts Manager in February for the right candidate. SummaryRole: Senior Contracts ManagerCompany: Fit Out ContractorSector: Supermarket and Banking RetailProject values: Specialise in fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from £100K-£5M, however the Senior Contracts Manager would be responsible for overseeing projects £1M and over.Location of Projects: Nationwide throughout the UKType: Full Time Permanent positionWorking Structure: Hybrid, visiting sites and remote working.Start date: February 2024Salary: £70,000-£80,000 plus car allowance/company car, bonus and other benefits.
