The role aims to support Gypsy and Traveller communities to improve health and well-being by provision of good quality and accessibleinformation, signposting, short interventions, courses, volunteering and campaigns. The work will be co-designed and delivered with our community members and in partnership with local services such as Public Health. It will embed principles such as the MakingEvery Contact Count and Asset Based Community Development to encourage community led change around health and well-being.The aim of the role is to be able to identify when and how to work closely with other staff members within the team and external services to ensure delivery of work is to the highest standard for our members. This will mean that great partnership workingis taking place throughout the work being delivered.Key responsibilities include:
