Job Description

Commercial Gas Engineer - North East - £31,000 - £34,000/ annum + bonuses and benefits.WHO Would you be working for

  • You will be working for a leading M&E construction, services and property group. That covers the whole of the UK.
WHAT Are they looking for from a Gas Engineer
  • Must live in the North East area Leeds / York or within a short journey
  • Must hold a current commercial ACS (& Domestic preferably)
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
  • At least 3 years practical experience working on sites.
  • Experience on commercial and reactive sites are preferable.
  • Must be familiar with Gas safe regulations and associated industry standards.
  • Preferably you would have experience in gas, plumbing and basic electrics.
  • Ideally you would been CRB checked within the last 3 months or be willing to undergo a CRB check from the company.
HOW Will you be working
  • Due to contract growth, we are now recruiting additional Commercial Gas Engineers for our Partnership Contracts based in and around the Leeds / York area.
  • Attending sites dealing with routine preventative maintenance and reactive works.
  • Willingness to participate with overtime and the out of hours call out rota is preferable.

HOURS What hours will I be working
  • 40 hour working week.
  • 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
  • Overtime paid at time & half and double time.
