I am currently working with a client in West Yorkshire that is looking for a nurse, specialist in palliative care to support patients and their families.The main purpose of this role is to provide direct support to people with complex and life limiting illnesses. You will assess referrals for admission, perform assessments, as well as providing specialist care.My client is looking for registered nurse with experience in palliative care and evidence of continued professional development in this speciality.
