As they continue their impressive growth they are actively seeking a highly skilled Grade A/B Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their dynamic team.The firm is specifically looking for candidates with 5 years or more Post Qualification Experience (PQE) who can uphold their excellent standards and core values. The candidate should be able to seamlessly fit into life at this prestigious firm and impresswith their hard work and commitmentto their role.The Solicitor would play a key role in one of the Clinical Negligence teams by working on allocated cases, corresponding with customers and experts to ensure their cases are conducted in a proactive and commerciallyfocused manner.You will be joining a quality, large, busy, and growing team of Clinical Negligence experts. You will be working on all aspects of litigation within your team, both pre-litigation and post-litigation work, in a cradle to grave environment.Experience handling a medical negligence case load is a must.You will be responsible for discussing and agreeing case tactics and planning with the Team Leader and members of the team, identifying cases which are ready for LOC, settlement, and service within the team, working with the team to ensure that relevant informationis being collected and collated to enable the progression of the case, management of a caseload in a proactive commercial manner, coordinatingthe progression of cases with all internal and external parties, drafting of legal documentation including LOC, lettersof instruction and negotiating settlement and the issuing and service of proceedings should it be required.If you are a seasoned Clinical Negligence Solicitor, passionate about making a difference and contributing to a leading law firm, please submit your CV to or apply directly.
