Job Description

A well-established firm in Leeds city centre is seeking an Experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team. The firm are open to applications from those seeking a 4 day working week.Key Responsibilities:

  • Caseload Management: Take ownership of your caseload, managing clinical negligence matters on behalf of claimants.
  • Complex Claims: Collaborate with senior colleagues on more complex and serious claims, showcasing your technical expertise.
  • Business Development: Play a key role in developing and enhancing the clinical negligence offering through networking and business development activities.
  • Client Interaction: Demonstrate excellent communication skills while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
  • Networking: Engage in networking activities to build professional relationships and contribute to the firms growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years PQE with a strong background in managing clinical negligence caseloads, gained at a reputable firm.
  • Self-Starter: Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in managing caseloads.
  • Networking Skills: Exhibit networking skills and a proactive approach to business development.
